I have never really been alone. Of course I’ve been
physically alone, but there’s a great difference between being physically alone
and being truly alone. I know that no matter what, I’ll always have someone
there for me when I need something. Whether I just need to talk to someone or I
need help with something or if I just want company there’s always someone I can
go to at any time. I wouldn’t want to be alone either. Some people may think it’s
bad to always be around people because then you don’t get as much time for
yourself but I think it’s made me a better person. Every day I come home from
school with both parents at home and my sister. A lot of people would probably
say that must be annoying, never having the house to myself. But I think I’m
lucky to have my family always there for me. So many kids hardly get to see
their parents because they’re working or just don’t have time for their kids
but mine are always there for me and I appreciate that. I don’t feel like if I
had the opportunity to be cut off from people and be completely alone that I
would benefit from that. I would probably just feel lost and not know what to
do. I enjoy spending time with other people and to me, being alone would just
be boring. I’m glad that I don’t have to ever be alone and I hope I will never
have to be.
I feel that our relationships with other people have a great deal to do with making us the people we are. My life is a lot like what you've described: being lucky to come home everyday to family. Life without them would seem impossible.
